Kim Kardashian and Brittny Gastineau are good friends. Kim & Brittny spent most of the day yesterday having a marathon run around Hollywood!  First Brittny helped Kim bring one of her cars to a mechanic. Afterward the girls met up with Kim’s sister Khloe for lunch with her new boyfriend Lamar Odom! Then they headed to the Grove for a little shopping!
